Sponsor Agreements

Opportunities for exclusive visibility, with respect to sector competitors, at specific events are available on a first paid, first benefit basis. Early, major sponsors will receive increased visibility as exposure will begin upon receipt of payment of funds.

With a growing emphasis on global climate change, efforts are being made to highlight and promote "green" endeavours in order to ensure this conference leaves the smallest footprint possible on the planet. As such, sponsors are requested to support this objective by aligning all marketing efforts with the Conference’s green objective, for example:

  • Eliminating or at the very least minimizing hard copy promotions by providing electronic, digital, copies on USB keys or CDs
  • Providing bags made of reusable cloth or recycled material when necessary, rather than plastic
  • Providing promotional items that are of value and earth friendly
